Frequently Asked Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
I am an out-of-network provider and only accept payment by credit card. A credit card is required to be on file prior to our first appointment. A "superbill" can be provided at the end of each session for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Rescheduling and cancellations will be accepted until 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 48 hours will be deemed no-shows and the full rates will be charged to the credit card on file.
Do you treat children?
I only treat adults ages 18+.
